elcome to the Riggs Quarter Horse web site. My hobby and passion are my Quarter Horses. I have been with Quarter Horses for many years, and I have been breeding for the past 8 years.  I believe that horses need human contact to have a good disposition and to be gentle. I try to spend time with all my horses so they are use to human contact. All the horses for sale on this site have been born and raised on my farm.  The horses I have are the old foundation type horse. They would make a great show and 4H horse. Because of their great disposition, they would make a good first-time horse.  They would also be great for Western Pleasure, Trail, and Halter.
